Motivation letter to change high school

Hello,
I am currently in the second year of high school and I would like to change schools because I feel uncomfortable in my current school and it does not suit me. This school no longer makes me want to pursue long studies. All my teachers have told me that I can aim very high. But the atmosphere in this school does not encourage me. That's why I want to change schools. My school is five minutes from my home and the school I want to go to is 15 minutes by bus, so I don't have many arguments to include in my motivation letter. I asked my teachers, but they initially told me to write the letter and they would see if it's well formulated and correct the spelling mistakes. They don't want to help me come up with arguments.
I would like to know if you have any arguments or ideas to include in the motivation letter.
