Hello, I would like to know how to change leader and ally in Final Fantasy 13 on Xbox 360 because my instruction booklet is in English, thank you.

You can't change your base team until after Chapter 10, I believe.
To change the leader, it's definitely Chapter 11... once you're on Gran Pulse, an area very rich in wild beasts, a hunting ground with over 64 monsters of all kinds, especially the last one...
