Access denied to Application Data

Hello,
I'm trying to install Catia V5R19 on Vista, and it asks me to place the license in a folder following the path C:\Documents and Settings\All users\Application Data\.......
I managed to make the application data folder visible (by showing hidden folders and unchecking "Hide protected operating system files (recommended)"), but I can't go any further because it displays when I open the folder: "C:\Documents and Settings\All users\Application Data is not accessible. Access denied."
Please note that the folder is accompanied by a shortcut signet on the logo.

How can I access it??
