Un gros problem avec vista ki ce ouvre plus

Bonjour,
jais un acer 5100 avec windows vista jais telecharger un logiciel puis mon ordi ces eteint puis je ouvre
jais cet page ki viens
puis je essayer de re installer windows vista sa marche pa kan je met le cd ya rien jais fait F10 sa marche pa jais petre fait tout mais sa marche pa aider moi svp
