Hello,
I cannot open the music or document files I download from wawacity
what can I do to open them?
Windows Media Player tells me they are too large
however, there are no problems with videos, I can watch them without any issue (on VLC)
thank you for your help
have a nice day

I'm not a guy but a girl, and I'm blonde too, lol
Alright, I'm going to redo the thing. -
Hi, try converting them or changing your music player, try using Satsuki Decoder
What format are your music files?

Thank you for your response; I forgot to mention that I'm terrible with computers and that converting them myself is not an option, lol
otherwise the format is written 68Mo (or 69,639 ko) -
no no that's not the format, my friend, it's the size. but 68MB for a song, are you sure? isn't it the album instead?
the format is for example .mp3 or .wma

yes it's an album.
and by the way the format is..... I'll check lol
uh is RAR possible??? -
yes but that means it's compressed, so you need to decompress it, that's why you can't read it, tell me the format and I promise I'll help you lol

lol you are too nice lol thanks for your help :-)
tell me I'll give you my msn to make everything easier but I presume everyone will see it if I put it here??? anyway
so the format.... where can I find that...
I'm sorry for being so useless but I still own it, lol, I just looked at the album properties to see if the format is written but nope, there's nothing..... where can I check that, huh??? lol -
Go to my profile and leave me a private message to give me your MSN, because here it's true that everyone will see it.
To see it, it’s really simple, you go into the album file and right-click on a song, then "properties" and it will show the format. For example: gregoire- toi plus moi.mp3 or gregoire- toi plus moi.wma
or another format

well, I can't see the songs individually
vlc opens directly when I open the album -
-
So by doing as you said: it's Windows Media Player that opens and says the file is corrupted or the player doesn't support the format.

Well, I'm sorry I had to leave for a bit because of work, but here I am again
I got your MSN address, so whenever you can log in, I'm here
Thank youuuuuuuuuuu
