caisse epargne website connection issue Closed

Hello  I can't connect to the savings bank website anymore; it says page not found. I tried through Google and got the same result.  Thank you for helping me because I am a beginner.

Hello, I found a somewhat bizarre solution to connect to my accounts. You have to remove the 3 "www." from "http://caisse-epargne.fr/" and oh surprise, we get the normal homepage of Caisse d'Épargne. Then we click on "Vos comptes" and we get an error page. Again, remove the "3 www." and then we have the page that allows access to my accounts with the username and code. In this case, I don't know if the connection is "secure". Since yesterday, I've been trying to call Caisse d'Épargne with no response. I will try again this morning.

Hello,  Since the beginning of the week, I haven't been able to connect to the Caisse d'Épargne online banking site. I've tried everything: Orange customer service, uninstalling the latest security updates and then reinstalling them, turning off the antivirus, stopping the firewall, thoroughly checking the internet options, disk cleanup, defragmentation, Spybot, Avast... but nothing works. I'm also experiencing some connection slowness and sometimes pages won't load (like Google...). I don't know what to do anymore. Is anyone else facing the same issue and has a solution? Here's the solution I found (given by someone on another forum), it's to use this address:  http://195.115.15.142/asp/modele1.aspx  For me, this is the only one that works and allows me to access my account, no other way to access the savings bank site works... Quite strange indeed!  ++ T.

Good evening, I managed to call the Caisse d'épargne in Marseille. They don't understand why and I haven't found a solution. So now I'm doing as described above, even better, I'm typing directly the authentication address and I access my accounts without any problem. https://caisse-epargne.fr/pauth.aspx?nodeid=1078&mar=101&soumar=1011&reg=11315&sc=0  Since there is an "s" in "https," it means that it is secure. Hello everyone  I found a solution to the problem, different from those proposed above, which left me a bit perplexed... Indeed, it seems there is a certificate issue, a conflict between what the Internet address was translating (with https) and what the machine was finding (with http). Removing the three "w"s worked, but working with somewhat sensitive data on a site whose address doesn't exactly match what we expect... Hi  I don't believe the problem comes from the operating system being used. I have two PCs, one with XP and one with Vista, and it works fine on both... ever since I reinstalled Vista on one of them. So I’m thinking more about some kind of malware that no antivirus or antispyware had detected, which only came to light after reformatting the system partition. But in your case, programs like Ad-aware, Spybot, or free software like AVG might help restore the situation? Good luck!

I don't think we should worry too much, I've had the same problem since this evening. Everything was working very well this morning. I think either they are updating the entire site and thus need to temporarily remove all services (even their subsidiary's site is down). Or they are moving the site to new servers, which cannot be done for the final phase without completely shutting down the old server and therefore a certain period of time where the site is inaccessible. Let's wait until tomorrow morning for everything to get back to normal, I think.

Not agree... the ISP has nothing to do with this problem which is exclusively the responsibility of the IT services of Caisse d'Epargne. Even their telephone platform on 08 doesn’t answer! You have to call a geographic number to be able to access your agency. For your information: on their side, there is no dysfunction... Really? If you use the IP address of the site: http://91.135.185.224, you have no problem connecting to their homepage, but it's impossible to access your account management..... Curious!!!!.

It's been a hassle since at least yesterday. I called my insurance company this morning, and for them, no problem...
