Blur an image in Word

Solved

Hello,

Some time ago, I "blurred" a photo inserted in a Word 2007 document. Only the border of the photo was blurry, which gave a nice effect to the picture. But now I can't seem to do it again... I can't find the function that allows me to do it (it was very, very simple...), and yet I did it directly in Word (jpg photo).
Do you know the trick? Thank you in advance if you can help me, it's frustrating not to find what I had done so simply.

Hello
Thank you for this response. The image is not watermarked. I had used a single function (a function like shadow or brightness) from memory. In fact, it's as if I had a function that I can no longer find in the toolbar.

first, right-click at the top in the menu bar and check that "minimize the ribbon" is not checked
if not, go to insert image, click on your image, then click on image effects at the top, all the effects are there, there are quite a few, hard to tell which one you used
