Windows explorer et mes applications ne repon

Bonjour, alors voila j'expose mon problème ici en espérant que vous me viendrez en aide, car ça commence a être agaçant.
Depuis hier, alors que je n' ai absolument modifié aucun contenue windows, mon ordinateur au bout d' une heure, ce bloque.
J' entend par la que lorsque j'utilise une application ( par exemple firefox) celle ci ce bloque et j'ai le message "firefox ne répond pas" en haut a gauche.
Ce qui m' inquiète c' est que ça le fait avec absolument toutes mes application y compris windows explorer.
J' ai alors tenté une défragmentation, une restauration système, un contrôle et récupération d' erreur sur mes deux DD, rien a faire, le problème persiste.
J' avoue que je sèche sur le coup et je ne voie absolument pas d' ou proviens le probleme.
Bref mon ordinateur est récent (moins d'un an), voila en espérant que l'on pourra m'aider.
J'ai oublié de précisé que les programmes ne répondent plus durant une trentaines de secondes, ensuite le programme ce relance une dizaine de secondes et ainsi de suite.
Et que mon gestionnaire des taches m' affiche le programme en cours d' exécution alors qu' il ne répond plus.
J' utilise antivir et spybot et tout deux ne mon rien trouvé.
