Hello,

I bought a webcam on eBay, a PC-Color CAMERA from Shixin.
It's a PC-2008F. I got a driver because the installation CD didn't work, so the seller gave me one. I install it, but it still doesn't work. I try to install it through the hardware addition, but it still doesn't work. I install it, and at the end, the computer restarts and tells me that the PC USB Camera is detected, but every time I click on it, it starts the installation process again (the hardware addition) but never works! So I bought a webcam that is completely useless to me! The CD that came with the webcam doesn't work either!
I beg you to understand my issue!

      For your PC-2008F camera issue, I believe the solution has already been found. You will find the answer in the forum by typing your keyword: PC-2008F. Don't forget to select the hardware section.

    Good evening loloba705,

    I will try to help you. First of all, we will proceed step by step. To begin with, uninstall the driver for your webcam. Unplug it from your USB port.
    Restart your computer. Insert your webcam installation CD without plugging it in. Make sure the software works well with your OS (win98/win98se/win2000/xp pro or home).
    Once the setup is complete, it should normally ask you to plug in your webcam. Do so from that moment on. Connect it and let Windows do the rest. It should normally work

                          It just took a bit of skill and some easy searching. I also want to say that I’ve never had this webcam; it was for a friend! So here, I still did some research for you and here’s the result: http://www.shixin-china.com/en/Download.asp

                          So I had contacted the person who sold the webcam to my friend, and he immediately sent me the driver by email!
                          So there you go, on this site only download: Driver_301P and Driver_F
                          he sent me both; there is a specific order for installing them, and it seems you should start with Driver_F and then Driver_301P.
