Is there a simple accounting software for a family real estate company? No need for complicated accounting. Like you, I searched a lot on the Internet for software to easily manage my small real estate company. Most of the time, I didn't understand how the software worked. (I'm not an accountant at all!!!)

I had my mother buy comptaSCI to manage the family real estate company, and I can tell you she absolutely hates computers, yet she acknowledges that it is easy to use.
However, when she bought it (about 2 years ago), it had many various bugs, more or less significant. I can confirm the developer's responsiveness by email, which is perfect on that point!
Another advantage is its price, which is ridiculous compared to other software, but on the other hand, I would have liked to use it on multiple PCs without having to pay again, and why not have the option to host its database on the cloud.

The demo program was working fine on my computer. Only the feature that used Excel didn't work in the demo version, but it works well in the paid version.
What error message does the application return to you?

the data is stored in the COMPTASCI folder under the name création. If you noted SCIAZUR2009, you will find a file with the same name and the extension sciazur2009.mdb. You can copy this file wherever you want, and if you change computers, you can retrieve this file.
You can contact the developer; they are very responsive. I had some minor issues because I have a MAC and the software is for Windows, and they were very attentive.
For my part, it works really well for me: simple, easy to understand, and straight to the point. Before, I was using Ciel, which was too professional for managing assets in an SCI.

It's becoming more than urgent!

I am an accountant and I downloaded and paid for this software.
It's a scam, it does all sorts of random things, it crashes all the time, I do not recommend it.
It will give you completely false accounting.
I have been using this software since 2010 and it is true that there have been some bugs, even today, but the software designer is very responsive to issues, he generally replies very quickly.
For the price and quality of the program, I haven't found anything better. Despite the problems encountered, I remain with COMPTASCI.
For someone who is not a specialist in accounting, it seems quite simple and fairly comprehensive in terms of tenant management.
Unlimited SCI, updates once a year with new features.
If you are an expert, I think you need something more advanced.
