Hello,

I have a problem with my closing.
It won’t close because (according to him) the balances of the expense accounts are not zero.
However, when I check my accounts, they appear to be zero on the 1st balance (total debit/credit/balance)
and on the 2nd (debit/credit/balance for the current year), there is a difference but I don't know what it corresponds to.
Does this take into account entries from the previous year?
I performed a reorganization which didn’t change anything.
The correct figures are those from the 1st balance.
Can you help me??

    Hello,

    I solved my problem.
    There were unvalidated entries in the Access database from last year.
    The accounting technician deleted them and now it’s all good.

    I think we need to discuss this with a technician.
