Ecran bleu, erreur stop sur Vista

Bonjour a tous
Voici mon probleme auquel j'essaye de faire fasse depuis deja quelques heures

Je n'arrive plus a utiliser mon pc, j'ai une erreur avec ecran bleu au démarrage :
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computeur

J'ai deja essayé les mode sans echec, derniere bonne configuration, startup repair, system restore,....rien ne marche toujous ce fichu message avec l'incapacité d'acceder a rien...
