Ordinateur qui tourne au ralenti , au ralenti

Bonjour,

Mon ordinateur met de plus en plus de temps à ouvrir les pages.

Alors, j'ai telechargé un logiciel de nettoyage pour PC qui m'a enlevé des centaines de fautes mais malgré cela, le problème est toujours semblable !

Le bouton situé à droite de la marche de l'ordinateur (un espèce de petite pile) n'arrête pas de clignoter en orange et doit certainement signaler un problème à l'intérieur de la tour?

Puis je avoir vos avis et vos conseils éventuels ? Faudrait il que je fasse réparer ma tour ou bien que j'en achète une nouvelle?

    bonsoir,
    alors bon, déjà ton PC en socket A (462) n'est plus tout jeune, le CPU monocore à 1.8 Ghz étant assez à la traine de nos jours...donc ca n'ira pas en s'arrangeant :(
    mais je vois un gros problème qui explique presque à lui seul la lenteur de ton PC :
    la taille de la RAM : 256 Mo ! tu te crois encore avec Windows 98 ?
    il faut au strict minimum 512mo avec XP, et 1 Go c'est mieux, 2Go étant bien pour les jeux
    n'ayant pas assez de RAM, le système passe son temps à stocker les infos sur le disque dur, ce qui explique que tu vois la LED du DD clignoter, et ca le ralentit considérablement ;)
    donc 1ere chose à faire dès lundi, acheter de la RAM : 2 x 512 Mo de DDR PC 2700 à 333Mhz, ca coute environ 24€ :

    Une fois n'est pas coutume, je te conseille de la mémoire 'no name', car pour un PC de cet age, il ne faut pas investir 50€ dans de la DDR, qui n'est plus utilisée nulle part...

    bonjour,

    pour commencer, ce serait super si on pouvait connaitre ta config, car c'est déjà pas facile de dépanner à distance, mais si en plus on ne sait rien sur ton PC, ca va etre dur...

    ensuite, le point lumineux dont tu parles est le témoin d'accès disque (la petite pile), il montre que ton disque dur travaille, il doit y avoir des programmes en taches de fond, à moins que ce soient des spywares , ou pire des virus

    appuie sur les touches 'Ctrl'+ 'Alt'+'Suppr' ensemble, puis clique sur l'onglet 'processus', et dis moi ce qui occupe le processeur stp

    Oui, je comprends tout à fait.

    Pouvez vous me donner des informations sur ce que je dois vous indiquez concernant la configuration (je ne suis pas très doué en informatique dsl ^)?

    Le témoin d'accès disque travaille car j'ai en effet, des programmes de fond en éxecution et des virus , je ne pense pas, je suis en train de passer un anti virus sur l'ensemble de l'ordinateur. Le logiciel anti virus est le Anti Vir PE Classic dernière version.

    Ce qui m'inquiète un peu aussi, ce sont les crépitements qu'il se produit à l'intérieur de l'unité centrale alors que l'ordinateur est allumé.

    Peut etre connais tu la marque et modèle de ton PC ?
    sinon, charge Everest et post le rapport carte mère stp :
    une fois Everest ouvert, tu cliques sur Rapport en haut à gauche, sélection personnalisée, carte mère

    Bien sur ,

    Le modèle de l'ordinateur est un Compaq Presario Series 5000/8000 de Hewlett Packard.

    Je télecharge tout de suite le logiciel que vous m'avez indiqué et vous poste le rapport carte mère dans quelques minutes.

    Je vous avais dit que je ne connaissais pas grand chose techniquement à l'informatique ;) !

    J'achèterai comme vous me conseillez de la RAM et vous donnerez la suite de mon problème si problème il y a encore après !

    Pour info, mon ordinateur est de 2004 , certes ca fait cinq ans mais c'est quand même pas une version windows 98 ;)

    maintenant, tu sais que c'est bien 1Go de RAM avec XP, 256 Mo était suffisant avec W98 ;)
    tiens nous au courant quand tu auras ta RAM ...
    PS : je t'ai conseillé de la RAM DDR PC2700-333 Mhz et le lien donne de la RAM DDR PC3200-400Mhz :
    ne t'inquiète pas, c'est compatible, et c'est moins cher ^^
    si tu préfères éviter du 'no name', j'ai trouvé des Crucial DDR PC3200 512Mo à 15€ la barette sur le meme site

    oui, la RAM se monte plutot facilement, tu peux lire pour t'aider :

    garde ces liens si tu veux changer d'autres éléments de ton PC ;)

    et pour le ménage, vas-y :
    le mieux : bombe à air,
    sinon, aspirateur à embouts plastique, puissance mini : n'abime pas des composants !

    'no name', ca veut dire 'sans nom' en anglais, c'est utilisé pour des composants en général 1er prix, dont la marque est peu ou pas connue : il y a un risque sur la qualité, mais il y a quelquefois de bonnes surprises ;)
