Insert real player faces in PES

Hello,
So here it is, having played PES 2009 for quite some time, some of the "fake" player faces have gotten a bit boring... I found some faces online that I really liked (let's take Chamakh's for example) but the problem is I don't know how to insert them into the game.
So is there anyone who could explain to me (or just redirect me to a post that I probably overlooked that discussed the same topic) and tell me how to put these faces into the game (software, or where to place them in certain files... I’m not really sure how to do this)

Hey man, so first you go to the "Edit" mode, then "Edit player" (a tip, if you don't know the team they play for, choose "Search player" in the same menu). As soon as you find the player you want to edit, select them with X and then go into "Physical", then "Head". Choose "Edit", and enter the characteristics you found about the player's appearance in the order you find them: first the face shape, then "Eyebrows", "Eyes", etc. that you will select and then add the right appearance codes by increasing or decreasing their values using the directional arrows. To confirm your player's physique, press "OK", then "End of edits" in the Edit mode.
