Watch a video while downloading

Hello
I want to know if it's possible to watch a part of a video while downloading it using uTorrent, Vuze, or eMule
because sometimes I open the download folder and find the video, and when I open it, it only works if it's downloaded, and sometimes even if it's at (80 percent) it doesn't work
so please give me an explanation for all of this, and if there's a solution to watch a video while it's downloading, please let me know

it's illegal to download videos, I doubt anyone will help you, plus it's hard to understand the question
