Hello,
I would like to know what BILAY means please
it's the title of a song by Psy 4 de la Rime but I can't find out what it means!

Nothing to do with the "rebeus", it's the "renois" who say "wallaye bilaye" pronouncing "-aye" instead of "lah". Otherwise, Arabs say "wallah" and "billah" corresponds to "bilaye", except that it's not our habit to add "billah" after swearing "wallah".
