Erreur de chargement de dll32 windows vista

Bonjour,
Lorsque j allume mon ordi jai une fenetre qui s ouvre et qui dit : erreur de chargement de dll32, le module spécifié est introuvable. que dois-je faire pour resoudre ce problème merci
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

      Merci de m aider, en effet j ai été infecté par un virus dernierement, ce virus me disait que mon ordi était complétement infecté alors qu en fait d apres mon anti virus a moi, il n y avait aucun problème. Ce virus me demandais de payer 49.90 $ pour m enlever tout les virus, ce que je n ai pas fait. puis je suis parti en Malaysie
      pendant un mois avec mon ordi et la-bas ca a commencer avec cette erreur dll32 mais par contre plus aucun signe du virus. et depuis j ai toujours ce texte qui apparait chaque fois que j allume mon ordi... voila y a t il une solution ? merci de m aider.

    Salut à tous.

    Complètement d'accord avec toi, Tribun.

    Ca sent l'infection Navipromo, cette affaire.

    Fais cette manip:

    Rester appuyé sur la touche start(ou logo windows) et appuyer en même temps sur la touche R.

    Dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre, taper msconfig et valider.

    Aller sur l'onglet services, cocher la case en bas à gauche "masquer tous les services microsoft" et appuyer sur le bouton "désactiver tout" en bas à droite. Ensuite, aller sur l'onglet "démarrage" et appuyer egalement sur le bouton "désactiver tout". Ne pas s'inquiéter si certains programmes ne fonctionnent pas correctement. Cette manip' n'est que temporaire.

    Pour finir, appuyer sur le bouton "Appliquer" puis "fermer".

    Redemarrer le PC en mode normal et voir s'il redémarre toujours.

    Redemarrer le PC et voir ce que ça donne.

    Si la manip règle le pb:

    - Retourner dans msconfig et recocher les cases désactivées auparavant 5 par 5 en redemarrant à chaque fois jusqu'à ce que le pb se repose de nouveau.

    - Une fois que le groupe de 5 qui provoque le pb est déterminé, il ne reste plus qu'à les décocher 1 à 1 pour trouver "le coupable".

    - Le coupable devra être décoché définitivement. Donnes nous le nom du coupable.

    j'ai bien pensé en lisant ce que tu as dit ,
    et tu as ouvert le fichier , et tu est infecté !
    un fichier qui arrive sur ton bureau et que tu n'as pas demandé ! 100% infecté !
    ne jamais ouvrir !!!!!!

    suis les instruction de blondin et vois ce que cela donne !
