Bonjour à tous,
Voilà j'écris pour une amie qui a un gros problème avec son pc Dell Inspiron 1525 avec vista. Elle était sur le net quand l'ordi a planté : écran noir. Elle l'a redemarré et de temps en temps il plantait comme ça. Elle a fait plusieurs scan minutieux (Norton) mais aucun problème de ce côté là apparament. Elle a désinstallé Norton pour voir si ça venait de lui les plantages mais après l'avoir désinstallé toujours les mêmes plantages. Elle a voulu réinstaller Norton : impossible, sa connection wifi ne marche plus, son fond d'écran a disparu ainsi que la plupart des raccourcis, quand elle veut lancer le parefeu windows elle a un message "impossible de démarrer aide et support". Elle ne peux plus ouvrir les jeux, seulement les documents (word, excel...). Quand elle lance internet : "pour protéger l'ordinateur windows ne peut démarrer internet explorer". En mode sans échec elle ne peut rien faire de plus...
J'ai consulté d'anciens post sur le site mais aucunes des solutions proposées n'ont marché :
notamment pour réinstaller l'ip (?), également la manip sur ce lien https://www.informatruc.com elle a pu enregistrer le bloc mais au moment de l'ouvrir ça plante...
De plus elle a souvent un message d'erreur : 10107 ou "centre de sécurité n'a pas pu activer le pare feu windows"...
Quelqu'un aurait une idée du problème?

J'ai oublié dans ce qu'on a essayé : désactiver les modules complémentaires de internet explorer mais ça n'a rien amélioré
