Graveur ne grave pas de dvd mais des cd oui

Bonjour,
J'ai recu un nouveau lecteur/graveur car l'ancien l'oeil du lecteur etait defectueux.J'ai installé le nouveau que j'ai recu pour remplacement et il ne grave pas de dvd mais il grave des cd.
Le graveur reconnais le dvd vierge mais du moment qu'il vien pour commencer a graver sa bug.Pourtant tout fonctionne a merveille pour graver un cd.Deplus je ne peux plus jouer a m'est jeu, le temps de chargement est devenu tellement long.
J'ai tenter de reinstaller le pilote mais sa rien donné.J'ai essayer de formatter et de reinstaller windows et sa n'a rien donner non plus.J'utillise windows vista comme systeme d'exploitation et j'utilisse nero et nti cd &dvd maker pour graver. Dapres vous sa pourrait etre du a quoi si nero me donne sa comme rapport d'erreur?
