Bonjour,
j'ai un pc portable entierement paralysé par les virus , a chaque foi que j essaye d installer un antivirus les virus l enpéche...et en plus je ne peut pas le formater car j ei trop de donnéé importante ou il me faut un flash disk de 5g pour les transférer
svp aidez moi

laisse le faire, cela peut durer longtemps en fonction du nombre d'infections. A la fin, tu cliques sur afficher les resultats, et tu supprimes tout ce qui a été trouvé (tu coches tout ce qui a été trouvé, et tu cliques sur Supprimer en bas )
Ensuite, tu feras un copier/coller du rapport qui sera édité.

EDIT : Evite d'ouvrir des applications et de naviguer sur Internet pendant le scan de Malwarebytes. FERMES TOUTES TES APPLICATIONS.

mais une alerte me dit que le fichier autorun.inf est endommager et illisible

--> Télécharge UsbFix (de C_XX & Chiquitine29) sur ton Bureau.

--> Lance l'installation avec les paramètres par défaut.

--> Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC (clé USB, disque dur externe, carte SD, etc...) sans les ouvrir.

--> Double-clique sur le raccourci UsbFix sur ton Bureau.

--> Choisis l'option 1 (Recherche).

--> Laisse travailler l'outil.

--> Poste le rapport UsbFix.txt.

Note : le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque (C:\UsbFix.txt).

"Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.

j arrive pas a l installer , quand je le lance il m affiche un message avec trois bouton pour choisir , il n ya que celui de milieu qui s'affiche "annuler" or il ya pas installer

sa marche pa ce truc ...il est bloqué ds l'etape32
le problem c'est que j ai des virus hors du commun dur de les supprimer
dit moi le logiciel le plus fort pour les exterminer diffinitivement

maintenant je peut t dire que ce genre de virus est impossible de le supprimer...j ai essayer tout les moyennes en vain j ai fait même une recherche sur internet et j ai suivie pratiquement tous les forumes sur le virus mabeza est j ai pas trouver une solution

---> Pour redémarrer en mode sans échec :
- Redémarre ton PC.
- Au démarrage, tapote sur F8 (F5 sur certains PC) juste après l'affichage du BIOS et juste avant le chargement de Windows.
- Dans le menu d'options avancées, choisis Mode sans échec.
- Choisis ta session.
