Mon PC rame completement

Bonjour,
Voila, j'ai un assez gros problème avec mon PC...Et meme plusieurs...
Il rame vraiment beaucoup, il bloque tout le temps, je doit attendre parfois 40 minutes pour ouvrir une appliquation...
Et pourtant, mon antivirus Bitdefender dit qu'il a bloqué tout un tas de virus!
Et pourtant , mon PC devient invivable...
-Je doit attendre 10 minutes pour qu'une fenetre internet s'affiche(Et dés que sa apparait je doit encore attendre environ 10 minute avant qu'internet soit utilisable)
-Les appliquations tel Photofiltre ou DeepBurner par exemple, ne s'ouvrent qu'au bout de 30 minutes...Et après , elles bloquent, ne fonctionnent plus , et l'éternel "Ce programme ne répond pas "apparait.
-Le lecteur windows media player ne vient qu'apres beacoup de temps, et des que j'y touche , il se fige et je ne peut plus rien faire(enfin maintenant , il n' y a meme plus de son sur le PC, alors...)
-Ne parlons meme pas des documents microsft word, qui viennt eux aussi au bout d'un temps très long, et ensuite, la page devient toute blanche ...ect
Voila je ne m'y connait pas trop en informatique...Il y a du y avoir un virus mais pourtant l'antivirus me dit que non...Pourtant le PC n'est pas très vieux, je l'ai depuis 3 ans...

c'est quoi ta config?
Soit tu rajoute de la RAM
soit tu formate ;-) ou t'ecrase le systeme ça n'effacera pas t'es donner(normalement)
soit t'acheter un nouveau HD (ça coute plus rien mnt) réinstalle un OS dessu et l'autre met le en t'en qu' esclave, comme 2iem disque en somme

Désole je suis une gross nulle en informatique donc ...c'est quoi une config, c est quoi une RAM, c'est quoi un OS, et tiens sa a l'air interessant sa ,écraser le systeme" , comment on fait sa? :)

tu dois être infesté de saletés. Tu peux essayer d'intaller un autre antivirus (prrend un gratuit) après avoir stoppé le tien (tu le désinstalleras après si tu veux garder le tien) et faire un scan, puis passe un anti spyware (aussi un gratuit comme adAware) et fais un scan avec lui aussi, puis télécharge un logiciel du type Auslogics BootSpeed (gratuit, lui aussi) et lance les outils de réglage qu'il contient. Il y a des chances que cela suffise. Sinon sauv des données et réinstal de Windows et de tes logiciels. Tous les 3 ans c'est déja bien avec Windaube, tu peux aussi passer à Linux, c'est gratuit, stable et sans saloperies (ou presque)

la config c'est la configuration càd quelle machine tu utilise pour cela appuie sur la touche Windows(le drapeau) + Pause (haut a gauche) et la il est mis" Ordinateur:" et tu lis se qu'il y a en dessous.
De la RAM c'est la mémoire qu'a ton pc en plus t'en a moins de temps il met a ouvir des applications,plus il est a l'aise pour faire simple.Ce sont des barettes genre "plastique" dans la tour de ton pc qui se clips.
