Retrieve cell color without macro

Hello,
Do you know if we can, in a cell, with a formula and NOT with a macro, retrieve the color information from another cell?
I don't want to copy the attributes of a colored cell but rather know if that cell has been changed to red or green for example, and based on the result, perform other actions or calculations.

    Are your cell colors from Conditional Formatting or the color palette?
