Demarrage windows, uc à 80% Fermé

Bonjour,

Apres beaucoup de recherches sur le web, de reformatages et de réinstallations, d'analyse antivirus, je fais appel à vous en dernier recours.
J'ai un soucis sur mon portable acer 3630, (intel celeron 1,6gh, 1,5go de ram):
à chaque fois que je démarre windows, apres quelques secondes, le processeur est utilisé a 80%, le clavier devient inutilisable, et le curseur de la souris immobile.
J'ai a peine le temps de faire ctrl alt sup pour faire apparaitre le gestionnaire de tache, dans lequel il apparait qu'après ces quelques secondes, une tache nomée system utilise 30-40% de l'uc, et les processus inactifs idem. à parti de la, le pc est bloqué, plus rien ne répond. Meme pour l'eteindre, c'est super galère.
J'ai donc essayé pas mal de truc, dont des reformatages complets et réinstallations de windows (copie du cd de restauration fourni avec le pc), ceci a marché de manière aléatoire, c'est a dire que une fois l'installation terminée, le pc pouvait marcher (ou non, c'est a dire que parfois il plantait comme décrit plus haut), mais si je redémarrais, la c'était fini a chaque fois, ça replantait.
Lorsque que je demarre en mode sans echec par contre, la il n'y a pas de probleme, j'ai donc pu faire des analyse antivirus qui n'ont rien donné (avec antivir, installé sur le pc, et d'autres en lignes qui supportaient le mode sans echec, j'ai pas retenu les noms)...
Le gestionnaire de périférique n'indique rien d'anormal coté matériel.

J'attends vos coseils, je suis pas loin de craquer, ça fait plusieurs jours que je suis la dessus, et pas de solution trouvé.

J'ai reformaté et essayé d'installer vista et tous les derniers drivers, et il se produit la meme chose, si ce n'est que le pc reste utilisable: il est tres tres lent, il faut appuyer une seconde par touche pour pouvoir ecrire...

bon, j'ai du nouveau, au cas ou ça arrive a qqun:
apres avoir tout essayé, démonté le portable, tout débranché, nettoyé, remis de la pate thermique, reformater, réinstaller, réanalysé etc etc,
il n'y a qu'une chose ou presque que je n'avais pas fait: démarer le pc sans la batterie, et ça marche!!!!!!!!!!!!

Alors là, j'aimerais bien que quelqu'un m'explique, moi pas tout comprendre: ok la batterie est vieille et ne charge plus au dessus de 6%, mais bon quel est le rapport entre ça et le processus system qui bug??
si qqun pouvais éclairer ma lanterne...
