Bonjour,
g un errer lors d'installation de service pack 3

g posté mon problème dans le forum quelqu'un me donner ce liens https://support.microsoft.com/fr-fr/help/950717/steps-to-take-before-you-install-windows-xp-service-pack-3

g trouvé l'erreur mais je ne sais pas comment faire pour le résolu

quant j'insttalle windows service pack 3 il saffiche le message suivant :

un errer interne se produit g un errer lors d'installation de service pack 3

quelq'un des Experts peut m'aider s.v.p

    hello
    j'ai eu qlqs problemes avec sp3 et suite à qlqs contacts avec microsoft
    il m'ont demandé de faire un update en suspendant l'antivirus ( j'ai Avast )
    le temps de faire la mise à jour

    n'oublie pas de refaire un scanne complet ensuite

    Bonsoir
    Tu fais afficher les fichiers les fichiers caches: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us
    Decoches les deux cases Masquer les .... appliquer et OK, ensuite tu vas dans demarrer, rechercher tu tapes ou tu fais un copier/coller de ca: Svcpack.log tu te rends a ce dossier, tu l'ouvres avec le bloc notes et tu nous fait un copier/coller de ce rapport.

    Par rapport au lien que tu avais, je n'ai trouve des erreurs qu'ilpourrait y avoir. Par contre il y a ca: "Media Center Key Not Found" Ton PC est il enregistre?
    Pourtant les donnees sont toutes pretes mais ne s'istalles pas a cause de ca 254.078: UnRegisterSpuninstForRecovery, n'a pas réussi à supprimer la valeur SpRecoverCmdLine,
