Windows Update, IE, restauration sys.

Bonjour, J'ai besoin de votre aide. Je n'ai plus accès à WU, IE, Res. sys. J'ai essayé plusieurs astuces mais rien donné de positif. Comment réinstaller ie 7, me dit que le log est bon mais fonctionne pas ,l'écran gèle, doit redémarrer et ensuite ne démarre pas bien, doit redémarrer à plusieurs reprises avant que mon pc fonctionne bien. J'ai tenté le tuto de antivir rescue. Une fois que j'ai loadé...le scan ne veut pas démarrer. Enfin en dernier lieu j'ai exécuté dial o fix commencé mais rendu au #4 le prgr a cessé. D'ailleurs j'ai gardé le log, le voici.
