Attention, ceci est une arnaque:
En consultant un site d'annonces immobilières (www.immoscout24.ch), je suis tombée sur une offre de location assez surprenante: un appartement de rêve loué une bouchée de pain. Méfiante mais souhaitant en savoir plus (sait-on jamais, les bons plans existent), j'ai simplement demandé, par le biais du formulaire de contact du site (le soumissionnaire n'ayant pas indiqué ses coordonnées) à quelle date ce logement serait disponible, puisque ce n'était pas précisé. Voici l'échange de mails qui a suivi:

In order of that I have found a way for us to complete the deal safely and fast, and in this way you will receive the Keys in less than 2 days, if you move fast as well. Je n'ai trouvé nulle trace de cette agence sur internet et de plus, il était anormal que je ne puisse visiter les lieux et signer le contrat qu'après avoir effectué ce versement. En outre, ce soi-disant avocat (qui n'utilisait même pas une adresse professionnelle mais une adresse gratuite yahoo), après m'avoir donné une profusion suspecte de détails sur sa vie privée, ne m'a demandé aucune information pour s'assurer de ma solvabilité, et sa réponse était tout à fait impersonnelle.
Je n'ai donc pas donné suite à son dernier message et j'ai signalé l'arnaque au site qui avait publié l'annonce.

J'ai appelé le numéro de téléphone et la personne n'était pas très claire, incapable de me dire précisément ou l'appart est situé, me dit qu'il faudra payer le loyer (600) x 6, m'a proposé de continuer à discuter sur msn, ct une personne ne parlant pas très bien français..bref j'ai coupé court car ça a commencé à m'énerver vu qu'hier je suis tombée sur un énergumène par mail qui m'a fait le coup de l'histoire de l'héritage...

J'ai eu le même cas Allana Willette, un magnifique appartement pour rien du tout à Genève, rue du vuache 1, tellement étonné que j'écris un mail en pensant pas qu'on allé me répondre. Et la une femme me répond de suite, en me disant que l'appart est à moi qu'elle ne demande aucune caution ect.... Même histoire que précédement. Après plusieurs recherche, je ne trouvais pas de site correspondant à l'agence et je suis finalement tomber sur ce forum... J'ai juste 20 ans et il ou elle a cru pouvoir m'avoir aussi facilement. En tout cas merci à ce site...
C'est sur que je vais avertir Immoscout24...

From one week, I search for an apartment in Paris and almost I fall in two frauds. We (my husband and I) are suspicious for the value of the apartments, size and location. One of them Mister Shaw Peter Erick, lawyer, lives in Liverpool. We only put the names in the Google search and there appeared several persons who also almost were deceived.
So never give your number of account, credit card or send money for these persons. I saw a report on frauds and in some African countries, persons go in a lanhouse to do any type of attempt of extortion.

Les noms étaient: - Dahlia Edain Hosannah, economiste
- Mattias Erkl, ingénieur civil
Les adresses mails ont également été changées en cours de route: une fois hotmail, une fois google mail.
Attention aux belles offres de soit disant riches Anglais!!!

1 - To start this transaction I will need to know your full shipping name and address to proceed with this deal.
2 - I will go to the my local TNT Office, I leave them the Keys and I make all the arrangements for the delivery.

j'ai actuellement affaire au même message depuis deux jours et je fouille internet depuis hier pour voir si c'est une arnaque ou pas. Dans mon cas l'escroc en question se dit être une femme qui s'appelle Michele Henry, elle propose un appartement de 32m2 dans le haut marais à paris pour à peine 600 euros..
je suis super énervé et j'ai franchement envie de l'incendier sur son mail, ce qui ne servirait à rien puisqu'il doit s'agir d'une adresse bidon mais juste pour me défouler!
On va porter plainte avec ma copine et le top serait de faire une plainte collective avec tous ceux à qui c'est arrivé..
