The simplest thing is to create custom slideshows (Slide Menu, custom slideshows).

Then, when you link to the custom slideshow (which can contain one or more slides), click on the Show and return option.

From PowerPoint, go to Insert an Object. This will bring up a small window asking you to either create a new document or select an existing folder from your files.

Bib71 I understand your problem, I had the same issue when I inserted a slide directly. But if you go through the step of creating a custom slideshow with your specific slide, then when the time comes to insert this custom slideshow, the "Show and return" option will be available.
