Hello, I am in England with a family, and they have an internet connection limited to 15GB per month. What does it mean? How long can we surf the internet without downloading? I use Skype to call France, does it use more GB?
Please help me, it’s urgent!!!!!!!!
Thank you in advance!!!!

A little advice, avoid downloading,
at worst download FIREFOX and disable image and flash display which will lower your byte consumption!!!
But as Ritchi09 said, if you're only chatting and checking emails (be careful with 1GB attachments :-) ), it won't affect your byte rate too much...
There you go and have a great stay in England!!!

If I download Firefox, is it better then? What's the thing about disabling images? Could you explain it to me more precisely please... (a girl who doesn't know much about computers...).
Thanks for all this advice!!!! ;)
In a month, even if you surf like crazy, you're probably not going to reach 5 gigabytes!
MSN and Skype, even if you're using a camera/microphone, won't exceed that either.
But you can just install a download meter to be aware of your quota in real-time! You can find one here:
