Hello,

When I want to print certain documents, I'm asked to print to a file and then the output file name?....
What is an output file?....

As a result, I can't print anything at all!

Can you please advise me on how to resolve this issue? Thank you.

    A output file is a software interface that creates
    a print file (often in PDF format) that allows the user to keep a software copy
    of their printout.
    This reduces the amount of paper used.

    PDF995 is an example.

    You should check in Excel or Word and then select print file....
    and you should notice that your printer is not the one you usually use
    you just need to reselect it.
