j'ai fait un scan en ligne de mon pc j'ai trouvé qu'il est infecté mais j'ai pas pu arrivé à supprimer ces infections comment faire svp?

l'orsque j'ai fait un scan en ligne j'ai trouvé que mon pc est infecté.voici le rapport.y a t-il des logiciels qui peuvent supprimer ces infections?
