Bonjour, je suis novice dans ce domaine, j'ai attrapé un virus sur mon pc et l'anti virus 2009 , je ne sais plus m'en débarasser et mon pc déconne de plus en plus . J'ai essayé de faire une restauration du système mais cela ne fonctionne pas meme en mode sans échec , mais je n' y arrive pas . aidez moi svp

voila j'ai tout fais et j'ai reinstallé mbam mais il ne veut toujours pas s'ouvrir. si tu a une autre solution cela serai chouette mais je dois partir maintenant et si tu es d'accord je me reconnecterai demain .un grand merci pour yon aide a++++

oui il ne veut pas souvrir je l'avais deja désinsallé plusieur fois e réinstallé mais il ne veut pas s'ouvrir j'ai meme désactiver mon antivirus pour voir mas cela ne fonctionne pas non pus

slt désolée je nai pas pu me connectée hier car j'était de garde toute la journée au boulot enfin bref...
voila les dernières nouvelles ce matin en allumant mon pc surprise j'ai ouvert mbam et cela a fonctionné ne me demande pas pourquoi je ne saurais te répondre .j'ai fais ce que tu ma dit et puis j'ai redemarré le pc à la demande de mbam une page s'est ouverte microsoft windows xp avec :vérification du système de fichiers sur c.... j'ai laissée la verification ce faire puis j'ai redémarré le pc tout a l'air ok plus de virus pour le moment il a l'air de fonctionner comme avant.je t'envoie quand meme le rapport de mbam et te remercie beaucoup de ton aide et de ta gentillesse.je te souhaite que de bonne chose pour cette année 2009 encore merci.

salut j'ai eu le meme probleme telecharge malwarebytes anti-malware fait un scan et supprime ce q'il ta trouvé et tu n'auras plus ce probleme
