Gros probleme ecran bleu sous vista

bonjour,j'ai un gros probleme:
J'ai acheter un ordinateur accer pour la noel et hier quand je l'ai allumer voila ce qui est ecrit:

et je ne pe pas instaler windows vista ou xp parce que ils me disent que aucun disque dur n'est detecter
