Problem with Winnie software knows your name

Hello, I bought the Winnie the Pooh plush toy for Christmas for my son, but I can't install the software. It displays an error message: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error Program: E:\WTP_Splash.exe R6034 An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly. Please contact the application's support team for more information.
Can someone help me please???

Hello, I updated using the link but it's still not working. I even called Mattel to order another CD thinking it might be the CD that's causing the issue, I've just put it in but I'm still getting the same error message. Are there any other solutions, please? Thank you in advance.

In your message, I understood that you now have two CDs and mine is damaged, making it impossible to update the plush toy for my second child. Do you think you could help me or make me a copy if I sent you a blank CD? Because Mattel no longer makes spare parts? Thank you in advance.

I also can't open it after installing it; it says "access denied." According to Vista's help, I might be missing the "flash.ocx" file. I have the latest version of Flash Player, so I don't see what the problem is. I tried to open it in "XP SP2 compatibility," but then it says "class not registered."
I don't know what else to do; if someone could help me, that would be great.

No, it's impossible to open it in the .exe file. It still doesn't work, and there's still the message "access denied" that appears. If anyone knows how to fix this, thanks in advance...

I bought the famous bear in 2006 for my son, but since then I changed computers, and the CD only works on older operating systems...Windows 2000, XP, or higher...However, I have Windows 7, which crashes on me...the new installation and Fisher Price have not made any new updates to the software, so nothing can be done...so if you have one of these operating systems, I have the CD in perfect condition along with Winnie...I wanted to give it away after removing the information I had put on it, but it's impossible.

You need to go through the .exe file on the CD to open the program.

I tried again today and it works. You need to install the program using the setup file from the CD, and when it finishes setting everything up, it will ask if it should launch the software. You say yes and then it's good.

If someone could make me a copy of the CD in French, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, I could provide the CD and I would even be willing to pay a few dollars for a functional program in French.
