your question is not very clear. From what I understand: The "shift" is a key on the keyboard. It's the one that allows you to make uppercase letters when you type (the arrow that goes from bottom to top, on the left and right of the keyboard).

Hi, the shift key is the key you hold down when you want to make a capital letter.
It's a key with an arrow pointing up. It's located above the control (ctrl) key.

Otherwise, what are you trying to do and with which software in particular?? If you want to reply to all recipients of the message, you have a tab "reply to all" ..
