Hello,
I have an IT Work DSC 551 that won’t turn on; the busy LED is visible, that’s all.
Does anyone have any idea?
I thought about the firmware but it’s impossible to find it.
When I plug it into the PC it’s seen as an unknown device; even with the driver I have or download from the manufacturer.
(it’s the same on other PCs)
