With Malwarebytes, the scan found an adware agent regarding my Panda antivirus (uninstall)
I would like to know what it is? ;
how is it problematic? and
whether I should quarantine it or destroy it

Adware is an advertising software
that allows the author to earn money from the ads that pop up.
Here, it seems more like a detection error if it's targeting Panda.

thank you for your response as it sheds light on my situation and allows me to choose my course of action
It did seem a bit exaggerated to put uninstall panda in quarantine
