Hello in that case you ask your operator

Anonymous user · Answer

What is your operator?

For SFR for example:
https://assistance.sfr.fr/tel-mobile/carte-sim/debloquer-carte-sim-puk.html

You need to use the PUK code provided with your SIM card to unlock it instead of the PIN code. Be careful, as SFR indicates, 10 incorrect PUK codes = FINAL locking of your SIM card and you will have to order a new one!
