Alcatel Oxo PM5 Configuration

in the PM5 software that allows configuring a PABX from Alcatel

so the settings are

Add programming to allow the 3 extensions to intercept calls between them.

Then

check the programmed keys of the extension

check the internal directory allowing access to voicemail:

and finally

a solution so that when a person is absent
to prevent their extension from ringing unnecessarily in case of a call to the group?
