Wuauclt.exe issue

Hello,
I am new to the forum so please forgive me if I'm not doing things quite right.
For some time now, Avast has been blocking an internet window that attempts to open, and the process that launches this page seems to be wuauclt.exe.
I wanted to delete this file, but after doing some research, I saw that this executable is used for WINDOWS updates.
I ran ZHPDiag and I've put the report in the link below if anyone can help me, thank you in advance.
