Bonsoir Stéphanie,

Ne cherchez pas la cause de votre problème plus loin, c'est sans aucun doute Kaspersky qui est à l'origine de la lenteur de votre ordinateur surtout au démarrage car très même trop gourmand en ressources mémoire ... Surtout s'il s'agit d'une version antérieure à la version 2009 qui elle est beaucoup plus légère ...

Un conseil pour votre problème de pub intempestives, télécharger ces deux softs suivant :
Spywareblaster et Spybot Search & Destroy ...

Vous pouvez les télécharger gratuitement sur Clubic en tapant dans la rubrique recherche le logiciel désiré c'est en haut de la page d'accueil normalement ...

Une fois téléchargé installez les deux et dites moi quand c'est fait je vous dicterai les instructions afin d'éviter les message publicitaires ...

- Choisis ta session habituelle

- Fais un scan complet avec MalwareByte's Anti-Malware

- Supprime tout ce que le logiciel trouve, enregistre le rapport

- Redémarre en mode normal et poste le rapport ici

T'es infecté par Vundo.

---> Télécharge ComboFix.exe de sUBs sur ton Bureau :
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

/!\ Déconnecte-toi du net et ferme toutes les applications, antivirus et antispyware y compris /!\

---> Double-clique sur Combofix.exe
Un "pop-up" va apparaître qui dit que "ComboFix est utilisé à vos risques et avec aucune garantie...".
Accepte en cliquant sur "Oui"

---> Mets-le en langue française F
Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.

/!\ Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé. /!\

En fin de scan, il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le PC pour finaliser la désinfection, laisse-le faire.

Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher : Poste son contenu

/!\ Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton antivirus et de ton antispyware avant de te reconnecter à Internet. /!\
