Y13 Reset

Hello, I currently received a PC from Île-de-France but I can't reset it without the administrative permissions that I don't have. I obviously have the right to reset it, but I need to find a way. Can someone help me?

    Only the academy referent can grant the right to reset it. Because these National Education PCs cannot be used to install any software other than the ones provided, for reasons that are no less obvious..

    ..which are explained in the document issued during their allocation..

    And even in case of malfunction, sometimes claimed, the reinstallation must go through their services,

    And in the case of an exceptional authorization, if it exists, the unlocking would take place directly and not on a public forum, of course.
