it's a bit of a silly question, I admit, but what does "cdlt" mean? =s

    This simply means "best regards" :)

    It means "Sincerely," it is usually written at the end.

      Exactly, it means "It's in the text" (Cdlt or Cdt) used in journalism and especially in translation to specify an item. It has never meant Cordially... although many use it incorrectly...
