Hello,
I started burning a VCD with my software "MP3 and Music Creator 2" from Micro Application. I can't burn the DVD-RW because an error occurs and I don't know how to fix it: Hardware error 9216.
The software allows managing, converting, and burning music and videos onto CDs or DVDs. If the problem comes from my drive, that’s possible, as I've already had issues burning a DVD-R. However, it is indeed a DVD+/-RW and CD-RW burner, so it should be able to support almost all types of discs, but I'm not too sure... please help me.

Hello,
I would like to burn with Free ISO Burner but I'm also encountering a hardware error 9216. On other sites, they keep saying it's a software conflict, but my only other burning software is iTunes, Windows Media Player, and the software integrated into Windows Seven. What should I do? -
I didn't find anything on Google, only a few pages in English and I didn't understand anything :(
