Hello,
I recently bought a View Fun MP72 portable DVD player, and now when I try to watch a DVD, it either says: "no disc" or "DVD not available," or it starts loading and then suddenly stops.
Can you please help me?

    Hello, we encountered the same problem.

    To solve it, try cleaning the laser reading head.
    To do this, turn off the device.
    Open the cover as if you were changing the DVD and locate the laser reading head mounted on a support that moves near the central "black" axis.
    Use a cotton swab and 70% alcohol.
    Preferably a cotton swab that does not lint.
    Clean the head (glass part) with alcohol and then with the dry part of the cotton swab.
