Hello,
I tried to open an attachment in an email and I got the following response: Unable to find the ColorSpace called Cs6. This is the first time this has happened to me.
Can someone help me? Thanks in advance.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

    Hello,

    You provide little detail, but presumably your attachment is a pdf file?...
    If that's the case, which viewer are you trying to open it with?
    If you have Acrobat Reader, check the version... From what I remember, it seems you need at least version 7.

    QSuper: I just downloaded Acrobat version 8.....and I was able to recover my file. Thank you again.
