Hello, when I put a Toboclic CD-ROM for children, the Milan Presse title appears and then a small page opens telling me that Macromedia Projector is not working, it is looking for a solution but of course does not find one. Everything was fine until now. Thank you for any advice you may have.

Hello jemilive,

Check this out: http://www.toboclic.com/faq.html
I haven't read everything, but while skimming quickly, it requests to update QuickTime.

QuickTime can be downloaded here: https://support.apple.com/kb/DL837?locale=en_US but there are alternative players here: http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/logiciel 12 video players

My advice to you is when you have a problem, try searching on Google. The solution to your issue might already exist. Do the same with the CCM Search function.

You can also read this discussion related to your problem: http://www.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich 2543393 macromedia projector
There is also this one: http://www.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich 2561408 macromedia projector

Best regards

Thank you very much for your valuable advice. It's my first time on this site and also on a forum (I've only been typing for a month) and I find it great that we can find someone who can give us a helping hand.
As for my issue, it is resolved. I uninstalled the old QuickTime, reinstalled it, and it works!!
Except that after uninstalling it, I still searched for it and found 40 QuickTime elements! I didn't quite understand. If you have a solution for my other issue, I'm on the burning forum under the same pseudonym, and the title is "Playing DVD RW on player." Thanks again, goodbye.

Merci.

"I found 40 QuickTime items!"

To "clean" your computer, you can use CCleaner: http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 168 ccleaner
A tutorial: https://www.vulgarisation-informatique.com/nettoyer-windows-ccleaner.php
Another one: https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-ccleaner/

You can also read this tip: http://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/sujet 3446 windows xp my pc is slow what to do

Regarding the fullscreen issue, it may be due to the fact that the 2004 CD has trouble being read by Vista.
Even if you press the small square at the top left of QuickTime, your CD does not switch to fullscreen mode. It's not fullscreen, but it's the closest it gets.
Also look at the paragraph "1.8. Change screen resolution and color depth" in the link to Toboclic

I'm afraid I can't help you much with that. Plus, I don't have QuickTime installed, by choice. Sorry
Talk to you later

For the issue with Macromedia Projector that tells me it stops working as soon as the intro of a CD-ROM game appears, I uninstalled QuickTime and then reinstalled it because the data was no longer the same, and miracle, it works!!
Thanks to those who gave me their advice because without their help I wouldn't have succeeded.
