Hello,
Like most phones, the format for playing a video is .3gp.
But unfortunately, once the video is converted to this format and put on my phone (LG KE970 Shine), it doesn't work: it displays "unsupported file".
I would like to know what the source of this problem is and how to resolve it.

Download GOM PLAYER - as long as you have an internet connection, it plays absolutely E V E R Y T H I N G!

Well, it’s in English, but at least it definitely plays .3gp!
Otherwise, you can convert them with this: http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 273 mobile 3gp converter
