CREATIVE LABS CT4810 Sound Card DRIVER

I just bought a CREATIVE LABS CT4810 sound card, I tried to install it and installed a driver downloaded from www.touslesdrivers.com but my computer crashed and I had to perform some operations in the BIOS that I wouldn't be able to do again.
Could you please let me know what to do after inserting the sound card?
