ISSBTA Bluetooth driver

forty33 -
Hello,

I want to offload all the photos from my phone to my PC; unfortunately, the latter does not recognize my Bluetooth. Where can I find the installation driver for this hardware?
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

I have a Bluetooth key, but my computer needs its driver to install it. I'm asking you to guide me in finding the driver for ISSCBTA. Thank you in advance.
