Hello everyone, here is my problem: I have a duplicator (Riso KS800) purchased in its packaging. What drives me crazy is the appearance of the warning light (key and padlock) on the machine's keyboard, with the error code (E13). It's starting off really well. On another forum, I was told that it was the cutter that was low on oil. I took care of that, but still nothing; the machine still displays (E13). What I would like to know is if there is a trick or a workaround to reset the machine. In its manual, there are many error codes, but a series of codes like E13 is marked underneath as needing to call a technician. What should I do? Please help me.

to solve the E13 problem
you need to follow these steps:
1- press the two arrows simultaneously located on the left side of the device (the two arrows are shaped like triangles, opposite each other longitudinally, their color is black and bold)
then turn off the power button without removing your fingers from the two buttons.
turn on the power 102 then press on -c- then on -63- and turn off the power again.
then turn the power on again. good luck
